To keep up with our strong growth in China we are now looking to hire a new person to be a part of our Service Department to work as a Service Planner. This very interesting and busy job\"s main part is to communicate with our customers and various service station in ensure our service will be done smoothly, timely and to our customers\" satisfaction. Job Description(职位描述) Arranging services onboard vessels in China and in other locations world-wide Responsibility of Service order process to Station of Shanghai, Shenzhen, Tianjin and Dalian; English communication with internal and external customer Coordinating service arrangements are being done timely, correct and with good customer satisfaction. Willing to communicate in English, on email and telephone Flexible personality and keen on working in a busy position and hectic environment Support on other tasks and assume additional responsibilities as company grows and expands. 负责与客户的邮件等沟通 负责与各服务站的订单联系和沟通 负责SAP流程及工作的处理 记录并汇总服务工作 其他一些公司的业务 Requirement/要求 General experience in service coordinator/service planner function. Experience dealing with oversea shipowmer/ship manangement. Understanding of customers’ needs and requirements. SAP experience. Self-motivated, analytical problem solving skills and good communication skill. Willingness to learn and develop yourself within the company. Team player and outgoing.
