职责/ Responsibilities： 1. 根据上级指令和销售团队的建议接受及处理客户投诉包括并不限于：给予各种技术反馈，外出或在公司内检修泵产品等Handle and process customer complaints by provide all kinds of technical supports listed but not limited as: give technical information feedback to customer for pump failure, inspect and repair Mono product on the site, with instruction from supervisor and sales team； 2. 报告问题细节，收集现场信息，以便公司决定是否保修和制定处理方案Feedback the problem in details and give fully support on collection data on the customer site, so that Mono could decide warranty and work out the solutions 3. 对在客户现场或者回到公司的产品，配合主管进行故障分析Coordinate with supervisor on failure analyzing for products on customer site and also those return to plant 4. 汇总反馈故障情况, 制定相关服务报告。Summarize and feedback failures, prepare service reports. 5. 协助主管管理售后服务备件和返回件Support on control service parts and rejected parts from customer under guidance from the supervisor. 6. 管理售后服务相关工具和设备等资产Keep and use the service related tool and equipment properly 7. 上级交办的其他工作/Other responsibilities assigned by Superior 要求/Requirement: 1. 相当于高中及以上学历，有1年以上类似泵产品维护经验Equivalent to senior Middle school graduate or above, Electrical or machinery related major； Minimum 1 year assembly/maintenance experience of Pump products or similar products 2. 工作认真细致.Working conscientiously and carefully 3. 良好的团队合作能力Good teamwork capability 4. 良好的沟通能力 Good Communicator 5. 能看懂机械图和一般技术文件Can read simple mechanical drawings and normal technical note 6. 能适应出差willing to travel 工作地点：嘉定区马陆镇思诚路 |
