Responsibilities:职责 The position of QC Inspector will have responsibility for, but not limited to, the following job duties: NPE质量检验员的职责包括但不限于以下内容： 据本公司图对供应商的部件进行检验，当发现有不合格时及时通知供应商改进，确保出口产品合格；Inspect the goods of vender’s according T3’s drawings, give notice to the venders at first time when find out problem, confirm export good is qualified. 维护量具系统，确保所有的量具处于受控状态； Keep the inspection tools, Be sure all of them in good situation; 当供应商产品线使用物料有异常时及时反馈，确保顺利生产； Give feedback to venders or T3 at first time when find out problem for un-finished parts on vender’s workshop; make sure most of the problem find out during the production; 与供应商及时有效地沟通； Have a good communication with venders; 完成每个月的检验报告。 Finished the inspection report every month Qualifications/ Requirements: 要求 从事质量检验相关工作三年以上工作经验，石油设备相关行业优先； Have at least 3 years’ experience in quality inspection field, oil equipment related production is better; 了解机械加工相关知识、质量管理体系相关知识、几何尺寸与公差相关知识； Be familiar with the machining knowledge, quality control system knowledge, physical dimension and tolerance knowledge 熟练使用测量检测设备，有无损检测经验佳； Be familiar with the inspection tools, NDE related experience is better; 能够看懂零部件图纸和简单英语资料； Could read the mechanical drawing and normally English paper work; 电脑操作熟练，会使用Office软件. Good computer skill, be familiar with the Office software . |
