-To prepare Service Reports and expense claims -To identify any additional work or material requirements as part of the debriefing to the Service Manager. -To ensure that materials are available prior to the commencement of the job -To assist the CS Dept. in the preparation of quotations -To assist the Service Department in locating/researching original data and build specifications -To assist with workshop related activities and on-site product refurbishment -To be responsible for the maintenance of your work area and tools -To provide technical support and information -To be available for work in any workable location at all times -To identify problems in your own working systems, resolving where possible by liaising with management -Other ad-hoc projects as required |
