Job duties and responsibilities will include: 1 Responsible for Company ISM systems, internal audits & external ISM/ISPS audit 2 Responsible for oil major and terminal inspections 3 Monitor for maintaining all statutory and class certificates up to date 4 Draw up Yearly Audit Schedule 5 Monitor deck repairs on board. 6 Attend, monitor and inspect vessels at regular intervals and during repair/lay-ups 7 Follow up and vetting inspections and audits of the vessels. 8 Provide adequate shore-based supports and resources 9 Ensure that vessels operate in compliance with applicable rules, regulations, standards and guidelines 10 Ensure that crews are adequately trained and properly supervised for operations on vessels 11 Acts a Company＇s Safety Officer 12 Monitor vessel movement on daily basis and weather（ Typoons, Tropical Storm Tsunami ） 13 Responsible for risk assessment , evaluation Requirements: 1 Certificate of Competency as 2nd officer and above 2 Min. 5 years＇ of relevant working experience in a shipping company 3 Experience in ship maintenance and D.O.C 4 Familiar with cruise operations & crew operations 5 Familiar with Classification & ISM 6 Independent, meticulous, good team player, well organized and able to multi-task 7 Possess good interpersonal and communications skills 8 Self-driven and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment *Excellent communication skill, including the ability to effectively present sensitive information in one on one situation, and comfort with public speaking in group situations. *Excellent written English language skill, with the ability to prepare professional document and report in a timely manner. |
