? Diploma / Degree in maritime studies or equivalent ? Minimum 10 years of sailing experience ? At least 5 years of sea time as a Capesize bulkcarrier master ? 6 years of shore experience with Marine and/or HSEQ function ? Willing to travel and be onboard vessels ? Able to work as a team and independently with minimal supervision ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. |
