Responsibilities: 1. Establish and maintain the QMS and Environmental Management System （EMS） documentation. 2. Assist （or organize and lead） internal/external QMS/EMS or customer quality audit. 3. Assist quality manager to track the continuous improvement activities （internal or customer voice） to ensure the compliance with regulation. 4. Manage Quality/E.M. System and product certification, release, replace and manage technical drawing, ECN/ECR, contact/agreement and all documentation that are required to be controlled by ISO. 5. Keep all documentation managed properly and completely. Archive and submit documents properly linked to projects: including and not limited to quality certification, test report, O&M Manual, certification of Origin, custom declaration note for material import, Packing List for cargos imported, invoice w/o value as evidence of project, any other technical/quality documents from suppliers etc. 6. Distribute documentation to relevant departments, suppliers and customers while maintain proper records. 7. Keep relevant departments ｕpdatｅd with latest changes. Record and file obsolete documentation. 8. Support on collection and filing of engineering, commercial, purchasing, production records etc. related to daily business operations 9. Other jobs assigned by Supervisor This position reports to Quality Manager. Requirements: 1. University graduated or above, major in machinery, engineering etc. 2. 2-3 years related work experience in manufacture industry 3. Be familiar with ISO 9001 standard； Certificated Internal auditor will be a plus 4. English level: Could read and write English mails, documents 5. Capable of working within tight deadlines 6. Team player and Self starter with Positive attitude； Good communicator 7. The ability to utilize a variety of computer software packages is necessary； Experience in MRP is a big advantage. Location: Malu, Jiading District （Shuttle bus provided） |
