Surveyor – New Building Job Description: - Supervising new construction of ships at the shipyards’ premises and carrying out surveys as applicable according to relevant requirements of Rules, Conventions, Regulations and the approved plans； - Prepare and issue accurately and timely Survey reports and ship’s certificates； Requirements: - Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering； - Previous professional experiences in Classification Societies and/or Chief Engineer Working Experience would be a strong plus； Preferable to have solid working experience for passenger ships； - At least 6 years significant professional experience in similar or related businesses is requested., e.g. quality control of new construction, marine engineering as class Surveyor or as owner superintendent, etc.； - English skill is necessary； - Willing to travel frequently domestic and abroad； - Practical and theoretical knowledge of hull, machinery, materials, equipment and safety systems of ships； - Fluent in English language, both written and spoken； - IT literate in MS Office； - Ability to work in a team and on tight schedules； - Ability to manage conflicts and to negotiate. 验船师-新造船 职位描述： -监督船厂新造船工程，并根据规则、公约、规章和批准的计划的有关要求进行检验； -准确、及时地编制和签发检验报告和船舶证书； 要求： -海军建筑或海洋工程学士/硕士学位； -有船级社工作经验和/或轮机长工作经验者优先；有客船工作经验者优先； -至少6年以上类似或相关业务的重要专业经验，如新建工程的质量控制、船级社验船师或船东总监等。； -英语技能是必要的； -愿意经常出差国内外； -具有船体、机械、材料、设备和船舶安全系统的实践和理论知识； -流利的英语听说读写能力； -能熟练使用办公软件； -能够在团队中工作并能在紧凑的时间内完成工作； -处理冲突和谈判的能力。 要求有客船建造经验。 |
