Position: Marketing Manager Main functions to be performed: ? Overall responsible for marketing of the Norsafe brand ? Responsible to follow-up the market budget ? Management of the marketing personnel ? Carry out market surveys ? Responsible for Norsafe web/intranet design and content （editor） ? Responsible for production and updating of marketing material, including leaflets, brochures, animations, films etc. ? Responsible for composing and distribution of press releases ? Planning and participation in exhibitions, conferences and seminars ? Customer contact/visits in regard to marketing of products and services ? Develop new market areas for Norsafe products to increase sales and turnover ? Contact and cooperation with national and international media institutions ? Products spokesman, in cooperation with GM / relevant trade responsible ? Other relevant marketing tasks Position Requirements: ● Technical/economic studies at a higher level ● Technical competence ● Relevant Marketing management experience ● Experience in strategic business development ● Marketing experience and development of customer relations ● Understanding of product and service complexity IF have marketing education background is priority. |
