Overall management of the shipbuilding / conversion projects on behalf of ship-owners to ensure the new ships designed and built in compliance with shipbuilding contracts and specifications, maritime authorities’ requirements, classification regulations, charterer’s requirements and the ships meet the ship-owner’s quality objectives.
- Feasibility Studies to new ship design and /or ship conversion
- Take responsibility and coordinate with all parties to accomplish detail design based on technical requirement proposed by owners.
- Study and comment all technical documents from Shipyard / Designer for all projects intend to develop.
- Leading team for plan approval for new ship and conversion project
- Marketing development in ship design & site supervision business
