Do you want to work with environmental technology in a company with strong growth ambitions? OceanSaver is transitioning through a venture phase, industrializing all aspects of our daily business. We require excellence from our innovative and technology driven team, working in our Norwegian based Center of Excellence. If you are motivated by working independently, but in a complementary team, you are probably the colleague we need. Main task and responsibilities ? Programming/configuration of Siemens PLC and HMI/SCADA systems （Siemens STEP 7 Simatic Manager and ClearScada） experience will be an advantage. ? Produce necessary documentation as Functional Design Specification （FDS）, Operator Manual, C&E, SW FMEA, etc. ? Carry out software IAT/FAT with ship yards, ship owners and classification authority if/when needed. ? Participate during commissioning and sea trial, mainly in Asia when needed. ? Understand and effectively communicate the core functionality and features of the OceanSaver BWTS control system. ? Drive for increased project performance, such as transparency, predictability and ensure timely completion of the SW configurations and necessary documentation. ? Ensure SW NCR processes are utilized, communicated and handled. ? Assist product responsible with design/development of new/future features and specific control algorithms and general Software Life Cycle Quality Plan. ? Support our project managers, Product Development Department, Service & Commissioning team and our global Sales organization with regards to technical software issues. ? Develop lessons learned post-projects and communicates/implements lessons-learned to future projects. Profile and competence demands ? M.Sc or B.Sc with Automation/Software background ? Minimum 3-5 years of maritime technical experience ? Position requires fluency in English （both oral and written） ? High degree of flexibility is required ? Should have knowledge of serial lines as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, NMEA, general Siemens protocol ? Dedicated, service minded and positive attitude is important ?
