Main Duties of the Jobholder 1. Determine adequacy of manpower, hardware & consumable requirement for Project Certification. 2. Supervise the Certification team members to ensure accuracy and progress of the Project Certification throughout the project. 3. Administrative user authorisation of Project Certification Module. 4. Ensure review and acceptance of the Project Certification with the customer and Certifying Authority. 5. Coordinate and monitor any third party certification agency on the project. 6. Coordinate and ensure any special certification requirement. 7. Ensure proper maintenance and development of the Project Certification System software and hardware. 8. Initiative to liaise with QA/QC, Welding, and NDT for project set up in PCM. 9. Supervise the CIR compilation (production QC records) and entry to PCM system. 10. Supervise compilation of project quality reports into MFDB. 11. Liaise with QA/QC Engineer to prepare project As Built procedure, set up documentation requirement according to project requirement. 12. Audit & assess Project Certification work process to pursue continual improvement. 13. Liaise with the Certifying Authority on documents specified to seek verification, assessment and appraisal of their conformity and fitness to the codes and regulations. 14. Besides the above-listed, shall be responsible for other duties assigned by department manager or the company. Relevant working experience in Construction/Fabrication/Projects in Oil & Gas Industry. Project as built dossier/Quality documentation handling experience. Have knowledge about welding/NDT. Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English Good computer skills, Microsoft office suite. Good communication skill and ability to delegate work, leadership & initiative. Min. 5 yrs hands-on experience in Fabrication industry having exposure to project as built dossier/quality document handling. Supervision of Inspection generated reports to ensure compilation of project dossiers. Min. college graduate |
