Job Description – Position:Innovative Fuels Expert Qualifications: - 15~20 years direct experience in the marine industry, specifically intoshipping with gas （e.g. LNG,AMMONIA, HYDROGEN, METHANOLetc）； - Senior technical background for consultancyon international compliance （IMO 2030, IMO 2050） and new technologies （Ammonia, Fuel Cell, LNG, Biofuel, etc.） and local/regional compliance； - Project Management and client management skills； - Ship’s energy efficiency management experience inengineering, construction, storage on ship and process automation； - Rich experience in project risk assessment, processes, feasibility study, HAZID / HAZOP and other safety reviews； - Supervision during construction of ships； - Knowledge of IACS and IMO requirements； - Communication management with Shipping Companies and Shipyards； - Bachelor Degree, at least Description: As Marine Fuel Expert for RINA, the candidate will be involved in the following activities: - Meeting with shipyards and shipowners, aiming to provide solutions and technical advisory services to the shipping and energyprocess involving innovative fuels； - Join projects involving traditional gas fuels and cargoes （LNG, LPG, etc.）； - Join projects involving innovative fuels （Ammonia, Methanol, Hydrogen, etc.）； - Technical expert for ship’s fuel across internal teams and clients, constant communication with clients, identifying their needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions and strategies； - Advisory for energy efficiency management （e.g. reduction of fuel consumptions on board following an improved ship energy management） - New technologies； - Identifies new commercial opportunities and implementation of new ideas； - Assistance for retrofit projects （risk assessment, project management, CAPEX vs OPEX Analysis, etc.）； - Join industry events； - Project Management； - Cooperation with Engine manufacturers； - Continually defines ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships； - Ship’s survey during projects progress； 职位描述-职位：创新燃料专家 资质： -15~20年海运行业的直接经验，尤其是液化天然气（如液化天然气、氨、氢、甲醇等）的运输经验； -在国际合规（IMO 2030，IMO 2050）和新技术（氨、燃料电池、液化天然气、生物燃料等）和地方/区域合规咨询方面具有高级技术背景； -项目管理和客户管理技能； -具有船舶工程、建造、船舶仓储、过程自动化等方面的节能管理经验； -具有丰富的项目风险评估、流程、可行性研究、HAZID/HAZOP等安全评审经验； -船舶建造期间的监督； -了解IACS和IMO要求； -与航运公司和船厂的沟通管理； -至少学士学位 说明： 作为RINA的海洋燃料专家，候选人将参与以下活动： -与船厂和船东会面，旨在为涉及创新燃料的航运和能源流程提供解决方案和技术咨询服务； -参与涉及传统天然气燃料和货物（液化天然气、液化石油气等）的项目； -参与创新燃料（氨、甲醇、氢气等）的项目； -内部团队和客户的船舶燃料技术专家，不断与客户沟通，确定客户需求，评估替代技术解决方案和策略； -能源效率管理咨询（例如，改进船舶能源管理后减少船上燃料消耗） -新技术； -确定新的商业机会和新想法的实施； -协助改造项目（风险评估、项目管理、资本支出与运营成本分析等）； -参加行业活动； -项目管理； -与发动机制造商的合作； -不断确定提高客户满意度和加深客户关系的方法； -工程进度中的船舶检验； |
