Role and Responsibilities ? Single Point of Contact ? Manages day-to-day client interaction ? Read and understand the contract and follow up this ? Prepare and issue Internal Purchase Orders to relevant department and responsible contact ? Prepare and issue schedules for all projects activities ? Track project milestones and deliverables ? Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored in project files Documentation, procedures, drawings etc. to be generated. Prepare and issue Final Doc. ? Inform finance dep. about time of invoicing. When necessary, regarding unpaid invoices ? Inform service dep. about time of commissioning, if included in contract ? Mange the Customer Claim process within Warranty period ? Participate in project meetings internally and also externally like kick of meetings ? Close out the projects through ? Closing the project budgets and agree on accruals if any, in agreement with financial department ? Arrange a lessons learned session with sales and engineering departments ? Complete the NCR register ? Manage the contract T&C throughout the project and be Commercially oriented and issue VOR when required ? Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project to maintain customer satisfaction for future sales ? Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and develop contingency plans ? Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path ? Conduct and participate during MC`s /FAT`s and be responsible of follow up MC punches |
