Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: - Charge on CNCA the Certificates profile especially on FSC - Provide Informative questionnaires to the customers and potential partners - Prepare the draft of economical proposal that will be reviewed by administration before to send to the customer - Support to send FAPIAO and some printed documents our colleague need from the client. - Collect audit plan from auditor （FSC） one by one, detailed check and put record to CNCA on time. - If the candidate is well skilled work ability, can insert in system to do some basic operations on CNCA Database. - Other issues may occur in daily work. Requirements: - verbal and written communication skills both in English and Mandarin - professional personal presentation - customer service orientation - organizing and planning - attention to detail - able to work at least 2 full days a week |
