Job Description： ? Lead project engineers in project management activities to ensure successful project establishment and timely project completion ? Plan and allocate manpower and resources to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and on schedule ? Lead and motivate project engineers to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction ? Manage and coordinate with team and customer to c and identify specification and engineering requirements of projects ? Monitor and control project expenditure and progress of projects and submit report on a regular basis ? Enforce operational work process flows in the implementation of all projects ? Assist Sales in business development activities where required Requirement： ? Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferably with post-graduate certification in Project Management ? Minimum 5 years’ project management experience in process automation and safety instrumented systems or related industry ? Well trained in people management & is able to lead & inspire teams to accomplish objectives & targets ? Excellent leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills ? Proficient in English (written and verbal) ? Result oriented, independent, self-motivated with initiative and drive ? Able to travel within short notice |
