主要职责Essential Job Functions 1. Full responsible for quality system effective operating and maintain in China plants, Drive the continuously optimization and improvement. 2. Build the quality system according to quality policy, guarantee it is completely understood and implemented. Monitor and audit the implementation of quality system regularly, improve quality management system performance and customer satisfactions. 3. Drive the regular management review and report to the top management team for each plant. 4. Drive the standardization of the plant QE, QC, QA and SQE procedure, process etc. 5. Setup China quality key metric system with year to year improvement and work with plant quality team to achieve the target 6. Support the quality system and team setup for new program successful launch, coordinate the necessary resources. 7. Support and guild the plant team to deal with customer complaints, maintain a good performance and relationship with customer. 8. Support new supplier development and evaluation, support plant supplier improvement activity. 9. Focus on quality cost control, review and monitor plant quality cost budget. 10. Responsible for China quality team setup and development. 11. Organize regular training to related functions to improve the plant quality awareness and quality team capability. 12. Other tasks assigned by superior 任职要求Education, Skills, Abilities, and Experience Required 1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in Mechanical Technology, or other engineering disciplines. 2. At least 10 years quality control and management experience in manufacturing （especially machining, offshore Drilling） industry, with at least 3 years in managerial level. 3. Familiar with ISO9001, ISO29001, API Spec Q1 and ASME requirements, international and national laws and regulations on drilling equipment manufacturing. 4. Well understanding on the quality control of castings, forgings, welding, heat treatment, machining, assembly, painting, pressure testing and NDE. 5. Be good at most quality tools, such as APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, 8D, control plan, etc. 6. Excellent communication and coordination skills, ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. 7. Excellent command of English in reading, writing and oral practices. Good knowledge of PC Software （Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, IE etc.） 8. Experience in Oil & Gas, Offshore equipment or manufacturing industry is a plus. 9. High passion, self-motivated, good team player and convincible. 10. Willing to work under pressure 工作地点：北京/青岛 |
