具体要求：

Responsibility：
? Design of telecom and navigation systems
? Preparing guidelines and specifications for telecom and navigation systems
within oil and gas onshore/offshore and also general maritime vessels
? Participating in the tender process creating tender specifications and CTRs
? Create RFQs and perform technical bid evaluation
? Perform calculation for radio- and fibre optical communication systems
? Testing and commissioning

? Navigational Aids
? Positioning
? GMDSS
? Marine Radar system
? Meteorological Observation system
