Position Description: - Securing profitable new build contracts involving E&A - Promotion of W?rtsil? E&A products - Grow the ship power business in China in close cooperation with the sales team in WCN - Commercial Support to WCN Sales Team - Defining and eｘecuting in country E&A marketing strategy - Support sales teams in his own area to meet strategic goals - Manage, monitor and develop the business in the region and report it to local general manager inChina and E&A Sales Director - Develop sales and customer satisfaction both with the shipyards , and owners - Build and organise a strategy with local general manager and SAM and KAM managers for achievingin roads to Chinese owners - Apply commercial / legal policies when negotiating contracts - Develop and maintain relationship with key accounts - Develop the global ship power strategy for new build contracts by maintaining goodcontact withyards and owners Requirements: ?Education: BSc or MSc in Engineering disciplines ?Experience: More than 8 years of proven success in developing Electrical & Automation offshore sales and project delivery Management & Leadership Competencies: -Strategic planning and target setting -Change management -Team building -Communication -Management skills -Problem solving and decision making 应聘者请发简历至 yuf@eworldship.com （ 咨询电话 0755-82555549 喻先生 ） |
