职责/ Responsibilities： 1. Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of the Quality System. 2. Responsible for establishing and maintainin quality assurance standards, procedures, and controls. 3. Manage the Plant Quality System in accordance with the Group System. 4. Cross function team work with Purchasing/Product Engineering/Production/Logistic etc.to improve the product quality control processes by using QC tools within the company. 5. Monitor and audit the implementation of quality system regularly, improve quality management system performance and customer satisfactions. 6. Responsible for register, obtain and maintain the quality system certifications and licenses, including ISO9001:2008 Certification, and local manufacturing license； receiving the audit and assessment of Notify Bodies or customers. 7. Report Quality results to all relevant parties and maintain Quality records/documentation. 8. Be responsible for supplier quality management, quality improvement and new supplier quality approval and development. 9. In charge of driving continuous process quality problem improvement to stabilize and improve the process quality capability/level. 10.Define, staff, and develop the Plant Quality organization. 11.Other tasks assigned by superior . 任职资质/Qualifications : 1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in Mechanical Technology, or other engineering disciplines. 2. At least 5 years quality control and management experience in manufacturing industry, with at least 2 years in managerial level. Experience in pump, fluid engineering or machining industry is preferred. 3. Program / Project management knowledge and ability, experience are preferred. 4. Familiar with ISO9001, ASME, and PED requirements, international and national laws and regulations on machining, processing equipment manufacturing. 5. Well understanding on the quality control of castings, forgings, welding, heat treatment, machining, assembly, and painting etc.. 6. Be good at most quality tools, such as APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, 8D, control plan, etc. 7. Excellent communication and coordination skills, ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. 8. Excellent English in reading, writing and oral practices. Good knowledge of PC Software （Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, IE, AutoCAD etc.） |
