Supplier Development Engineer 质量发展工程师
Report to: Material Supply & Logistics manager
Located in WQDC
Responsibility:
Involve potential supplier sourcing and take responsibility for potential supplier evaluation.Lead PQAP in new supplier or for new components development.Take responsibility for new components release after PQAP.Monitor supplier quality and delivery performance and make action plan for supplier performance improvement approaching. Conduct process audit on site and follow up action plan to improve supplier QMS.Follow up supplier corrective actions for notification or claim.Work together with team to Maintain relationship between WQDC and supplier to make sure long term cooperation.
Requirement:
Mechanical bachelor degree or aboveAbove 6 years working experience including more than 3 years quality assurance or control experience in manufacturing environment.Good knowledge of quality management and tools like APQP, FMEA, Lean Manufactory, 8D and Supplier Audit and so on.Good knowledge of diesel engine and manufacturing process Good in English and Mandarin； good communication and coordination skillWilling to travel frequently.
