Job Description： - Lead project engineers in project management activities to ensure successful project establishment and timely project completion - Plan and allocate manpower and resources to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and on schedule - Lead and motivate project engineers to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction - Manage and coordinate with team and customer to c and identify specification and engineering requirements of projects - Monitor and control project expenditure and progress of projects and submit report on a regular basis - Enforce operational work process flows in the implementation of all projects - Assist Sales in business development activities where required Requirement： - Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferably with post-graduate certification in Project Management - Minimum 5 years’ project management experience in process automation and safety instrumented systems or related industry - Well trained in people management & is able to lead & inspire teams to accomplish objectives & targets - Excellent leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills - Proficient in English （written and verbal） - Result oriented, independent, self-motivated with initiative and drive |
