QUALIFICATIONS -Education:High School or College -Major in:Procurement / logistics -Knowledge :HSE , First Aid , QMS, ISO9001, SHIELD -Certificate （s）:Certificate of competence -Work experience （length, area）:Min 1 year in a store keeping or logistics activity is preferred -Personal qualities:Independent, flexible, initiative, decisive, leading skills, responsible, team work spirit -Language:Mandarin and English, written and oral -Other:Basic PC skills – Microsoft Office JOB DESCRIPTION -To receive, sign for and check goods received against orders. -To assist any queries arising from this to be resolved as follows: -Technical queries - Service Manager -Recognition queries –Spares Coordinator -Quantity and damage queries – Purchaser -To book in materials supplied to ERP system -To distribute materials to Stores, dispatch area, Service Engineers and Administration -To ensure flexible coverage of the Stores area between 0800 and 1700 hours -To print Packing Notes -To organise materials for hazardous packing -To advise of items requiring reorder and approaching reorder level -To ensure that all items removed from Stores are accounted for -To upkeep, both cosmetic and administrative, of the Stores -To book out materials from Stores to jobs or consumables -To pick, pack and dispatch goods -To ensure identified certification is supplied with the goods -To load and unload materials -To ensure the security of the Stores and dispatch area |
