工作地点：迪拜 JOB DESCRIPTION ? Manage legal affairs of the company, which include SNP and charter party contracts and disputes, ship financing contracts/documents and other commercial matters. ? Provide sound legal advice to SNP, Operations, Chartering, Finance and other relevant Projects in the company. ? Instruct external counsels in various international jurisdictions. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS ? Seven years’ legal experience in the admiralty/maritime field working with external law firms and resolving disputes successfully ? Minimum 5 years work experience in an independent law firm ? Background in English Law and work experience with a London law firm is preferred. ? Past employment as an in-house legal counsel for a ship owning group is a plus ? International travel and activities leading to professional development will be required ? Demonstrated record of achievements ? Excellent command in written and verbal ENGLISH |
