Responsibility： ? Manage and supervise the eｘecution of the installation activities on yards for projects in according to customer specifications, regulations, standards and class requirements （DNV-GL, ABS, Lloyds, Bureau Veritas etc.） ? Operations planning, performance tracking, change management and control ? Identify challenges affecting feasibility and timeline for installations, and provide creative and resource efficient solutions to ensure site delivery without delays ? Maintain and develop the operational strategy and logistics management ? Maintain and develop work processes with key internal department ? Manage ongoing relationships with key external partners, including owners, Yard, general contractors, permitting authorities and others ? Lead of an international project team during construction at yard ? Monitor subcontractor performance at yards including convenient interface management ? Ensure that the Company’s Health, Safety and Environmental procedures are met and maintained at yard and offshore ? Participate as advisor at MC and Commissioning Requirement： ? Bachelor or Master Engineer ? Extensive experience from project organizations within the maritime sector ? Good understanding of managing electrical, instrument, telecom and control system installations from projects involving international customers. ? Ability to collaborate across different cultures and manage English fluently verbally and in writing. |
