Piping/Machinery Plan Approval Engineer/ 管系轮机审图工程师 Principal tasks 1.Perform activities mainly relevant to plan review for machinery according to class and statutory requirements relevant to machinery, piping, systems, propulsion, etc. Engineer activities will be also relevant to equipments and systems certification. 2.This position involves conventional engineering practices as well as the resolution of complex issues related to multi-disciplinary activities； 3.Work closely with excellence technical sectors of RINA and with field surveyors and clients on specific projects. Education and Professional Qualifications 1.Bachelor’s Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent Diploma； 2.At least 4 years professional experience in the similar or related businesses ship electrical field. 3.Good knowledge of and familiarity with IACS Class Rules and most common International Conventions and Codes （SOLAS, MARPOL etc…） as well as the typical installation on ship designs 4.Previous professional experiences of plan approval engineer in Classification Societies would be highly preferred. Personal skills and abilities 1.Team worker, yet also accustomed to working independently and under pressure； 2.Problem solving and client oriented attitude； 3.MS Office skills； 4.Good command of English, both spoken and written； |
