IM Engineer Report to IM Supervisor Main Responsibilities： Deploy desktop installation/configuration and software implementation. Primarily responsible for on-site support: Troubleshoot hardware problem of servers, desktops, notebooks, printers, wireless AP and other peripherals. Responsible for assisting users in resolving IT software issues as a first line support, troubleshoot software problem of desktop operating system and other office software , answering queries concerning usage of standard applications and IT services and servicing request type calls； Assist in new system or application implementations； Co-ordinate with other departments to meet the company guidelines and requirements IM Equipment Duties Responsible for maintenance and upgrading all the equipment working in good status （All the servers/Firewall/Switch/Router/UPS/SCSI/Anti-Virus/Security Protect/）； Responsible for managing and maintenance the Security access system/Security watching system/Attendance management system/ Telephone exchange system/WQDC Email system； Perform daily backup strategy and disaster recovery. ERP System Duties ERP Username and access maintenance , Solve basic ERP Problem , ERP Data backup Deploy and maintenance ERP server/hardware configuration/software installation； Requirements: College degree or above, with good skills of English listening, speaking and writing. Overall job experience at least 1 years in the IT field； Experience with IT Hardware/Software maintenance Experience with MS Windows Server /SQL/SCCM Communication, teamwork and leadership skills； |
