| 具体要求： |
|
1.Release clear firmed purchase requirements and forecast to suppliers. Follow up purchase requirements to ensure supplier on time delivery to support customer orders and stock level. 2.Identify the proper priority of orders when urgent or special project is performed, interacts with vendors and CC regarding status of purchase orders and customer requirement. 3.Resolves and eliminates shipping and receiving problems, effectively arrange overseas shipment to avoid transportation cost premium. 4.Check and ensure prompt and accurate payments to suppliers. 5.Timely maintain related KB data and ensure all pertinent data accuracy. 6.Timely track supplier on time delivery performance, establish smooth interaction with sourcing and SQD teams to measures the performance of the supplier and defines corrective actions；，may negotiate with suppliers to resolve short-term performance problems. 7.Works closely with the finished goods inventory control & scheduling groups to develop accurate forecasts and to optimize inventory levels. Achieve inventory management flow goals. 8.Acts as liaison between logistic departments, warehouse departments, QA departments and CC/marketing departments especially regarding new product development/introduction and supplier changes. 9.Other tasks assigned by the superior. |
