Job Summary： The S&Q Assistant assists S&Q Manager in the safety, quality and security aspects of the vessel’s marine operation, by cooperating and co-working closely with the shipboard officers and crews； meanwhile, is responsible for administrative tasks of the department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -Monitors vessels certificate files, reminds and assists S&Q Manager in arranging extension/full term certificates prior to expire date -Monitors Audits/inspections within the time frame （Internal, External （ISM/ISPS）, FSI and etc.） -Keeps track of vessel movements and weather （Typhoons, Tropical Storms, Tsunami） -Assists S&Q Manager in updating Company Manuals （Document Control File） -Assists S&Q Manager in Incident/Accident, Near Miss Reports, PSC deficiencies, P&I deficiencies and etc. -Follow up with SMS review -Liaise closely with Superintendents and Shipboard officers and crews regarding Vessel Status -Maintains and upgrades the office filing system based on the Company SMS System QUALIFICATION: 1.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. -Bachelor’s Degree -1 years’ experience in Cruise/Ship Management industry, and previous experience as S&Q Assistant is preferred -Personal computer experience: MS Windows applications with extensive use of MS Word and MS Excel. 2.Communication Skills: -Communicates effectively in both written and verbal forms -Excellent written English language skills, with the ability to prepare documents and reports in a timely manner. 安全质量协调员 工作概要： 协助安全质量经理，全面协助监管船舶的日常海务、安全、质量、保安方面的工作，紧密配合协同船上有关部门的工作，同时负责相关部门的文件管理工作。 岗位职责： -监管船舶证书，协助、提醒安全质量经理船舶证书的有效期限并及时安排更新 -监控及时安排船舶的内审，外审，船旗国检查 -跟踪并保留船舶的运行记录及天气记录（台风，热带风暴，海啸等） -协助安全质量经理更新公司的体系文件 -协助安全质量经理管理船舶的事故报告，险情记录，港口国检查记录等 -跟踪船舶及公司的体系文件复查 -保持和公司机务监督及相关船员的紧密工作联系 -以公司体系为基础更新维护公司的文件管理 任职要求： -大专学历 -至少一年以上在相关邮轮或船舶管理公司工作的经验，最好是有类似安全质量助理的经验 -熟悉MS windows的操作，包括Word，Excel，power point等 -良好的沟通技巧 -优秀的英语书写技能，能够及时完成相关工作报告、文件 -能及时完成部门长及公司领导安排的其他合理工作 |
