具体要求：

1）制订生产计划、控制生产进度、指导工艺规范，保障设备运行、保证车间环境与安全达到预定的目标；
2）编制、修订生产管理的各项规章、制度，并监督执行；
3）根据加工订单合理组织生产活动，并对生产过程进行监督和考察；
4）对生产部进行日常生产管理。
职位要求
1）从事于船舶或船舶辅机等生产管理5年以上，具有生产管理经验，对整个生产制造流程熟悉，具有相当的管理能力；
2）熟悉船舶附件、舾装件制造工艺及技术，有船厂经验者优先考虑；
3）具有组织制定和完善生产管理能力，丰富的机械加工现场实际管理经验；
4）学历本科以上。

Responsibilities:
1. Formulate production planning, control of production schedule , and guide the process specifications, support equipment operation to ensure that the workshop environment and security to achieve the desired goal;
2. Compile and revise the rules and regulations of production management and play a supervisor role;
3. Rational organization of production activities according to the processing of orders and monitoring and inspection of the production process;
4. Daily management of Production Dept.
Requirements:
1. Engaged in production management of auxiliary or vessels for over 5 years, with production management experience, familiar with the entire manufacturing process, with considerable management capabilities ;
2. Be familiar with the craft and technology of auxiliary or vessels, experience in shipyards is preferred;
3. With the organizational ability to develop and improve production management, rich practical management experience in mechanical processing site;
4. Bachelor degree or above.
