Job Description: 1. Review project related payment requisition form, expense reimbursement form & travel expense reimbursement form and make voucher in UFIDA system 2. Update project account, project running cost and other related forms 3. AR and AP management/ Inter-company reconciliation 4. Update related financial documents 5. Handle the inventory document, prepare stock list and monthly stock taking 6. Other jobs assigned Qualifications Required: 1. University graduate in Finance / Accounting or relevant discipline 2. 2 years’ experience in accounting 3. Good command in statutory accounting principles, standards and procedures 4. Experienced in financial software 5. Strong at project profit calculation 6. Be able to work in English 7. Reliable, honest, Logical, detail-oriented, self-initiative and independent personality 8. Good team spirit, initiative and communication skill. 9. Familiar with foreign exchange system will be preferred. 岗位职责： 1.审核与项目（订单）有关的付款申请单、费用和差旅费报销单等，并 在用友 中录入凭证； 2.更新项目（订单）账户、运行成本等相关表格； 3.应收及应付管理/集团内公司间往来帐对账； 4.更新有关财务文档； 5.处理存货单据、编制存货报表及盘点； 6.其他安排的工作。 岗位要求： 1.全日制大专以上学历，财务会计及相关专业； 2.具有两年以上会计工作经验； 3.熟悉会计准则及法规； 4.熟悉财务软件操作； 5.良好的（项目）订单利润核算能力； 6.能在工作中使用英语； 7.诚实可靠，工作有条理、细致、积极主动、独立性强； 8.具有团队合作精神并具备良好的沟通能力； 9.熟悉外汇检测系统将优先考虑。 |
