We are looking for a Sales for Out of Gauge Business to join the South of China Cluster Special Cargo Sales Team, to be based in our Shenzhen or Hongkong office. You will manage existing customer relationships and performance, focus on growth in targeted areas as well as secure new customers. Based in Shenzhen or Hongkong, Sales will play a phenomenal role in developing Out of Gauge market ex PRS. Key Responsibilities: ?To deliver yield and volume targets ?To build up a healthy Out-Of-Gauge (OOG) customer portfolio and opportunity pipeline, including landing new clients and developing BCO clients ?To retain, up sell and cross sell from allocated customer portfolio to increase the share of wallet, and to fill the ship with the most profitable cargo ?To understand the market, customer and industry for all trades and think proactively and innovatively for transportation solutions both commercially and operationally ?To Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty and brand Maersk Line in Out-Of-Gauge (OOG) market Who we are looking for: ?A Bachelor's degree is required with a minimum of 5 years industry or equivalent sales experience. ?A sales person with proven performance results, result-oriented mindset, extensive understanding of shipping and logistics on BBK/ Out-Of-Gauge (OOG) /IG business, a good plus if equipped with breakbulk/Out-Of-Gauge (OOG) client resources ?Able to work independently, diligently and work under pressure ?Mature, Excellent interpersonal skills with multiple stakeholders ?Good Command in English both in Written and Spoken ?Frequent traveler within South China area ?Ability to reinforce company culture, values and reputation in local market |
