? Be in charge of real estate projects including relocation, fit-in & design, renovation, and maintenance. Meanwhile ensure to complete the projects smoothly within initial budgets and required schedules. ? Lead and manage real estate relocation processes, from new leasing approach, fit-out, project bid, renovation & decoration, post construction to maintenance, and old leasing termination. ? Lead to preparing relevant documents, work with vendors (PM, Decoration, Fit-out, etc.) to make sure that the facility obtains all required approval and license from government agencies. ? Strong capability on multiple vendor management under tight delivery timelines and budgets. ? Good communication skills with various internal users/ projects stakeholders (top management, functional leaders, etc.) ? Monitoring the construction progress, prepare weekly project report, and organize weekly meeting and communication. ? Supervises and coordinates all maintenance service and repairs pertaining to office and laboratory equipment as day to day operational job after relocation completion. ? Management of utility services, maintenance, and other administration issues to ensure the day to day plant operation smoothly. ? Takes charges of all emergencies and ensures responsible back-up is available in order to take corrective action as necessary. ? Implement all maintenance and general procurement of daily operation, schedules installations and oversees that such repairs are accomplished in a safe and timely manner. ? Manage a variety of outside subcontractors and suppliers to ensure a quality delivery of the services meeting corporate requirements. ? Work closely with EHS to ensure all the company standard well reached. ? Be responsible to elaborate and maintain all technical documents linked to Buildings and Facilities (i.e. electrical drawing, lay-out, agreements…) ? Be responsible for improvement and reduction of running costs (power consumption, water, etc.) |
