具体要求：

岗位职责：
1. Identify, source and initiate purchase of test equipment and tools to support com/comm.
2. Liaising with the Client on all commissioning requirement.
3. Managing com/commission activities in the yard and offshore.
4. Be capable of communicating fluently with those with whom he works.
5. To operate in an organised manner.
6. Develop necessary procedure or work manual to improve work process.
7. Plan and co-ordinate the commission/start up schedule and necessary work with third party providers.
8. Manage and maintain commissioning tools and test equipment both hardware and software.
9. Manage project equipment preservation from receipt on-site to installation and up to sail way.
10. Supervise and review of project com/comm. Execution procedures.
11. Supervise and review of project sub-system functional test procedures.
12. Supervise and review of project systems and sub-system’s list necessary for eｘecution of the work.
13. Provide accurate feedback to the Construction Manager.
14. Provide guidance to junior Engineers.
15. Manages/implements all commissioning, start-up assistance and troubleshooting activities.
16. Develop comprehensive quality, environment and safety commissioning plans.
17. To set and apply standards of safety and Quality relative to project requirements.
18. Besides the above-listed, shall be responsible for other duties assigned by department manager or the company.
