Main Tasks & Responsibilities: Service onboard vessel，Testing and support within our region, Mainly merchant product 为康士伯产品提供调试与服务，主要为商船产品 Telephone and e-mail support to our customers 以邮件和电话形式服务于我们的客户 Refit project site commissioning 改装工程现场调试 Proper preparation and eｘecution of work assigned 执行指定工作，并做出相应的准备 Responsible for generation of service reports, ｕpdatｅ drawings and others 更新产品图纸以及撰写服务报告 Ensure performance are met at all times 确保产品一直能够正常使用 Required to undertake ad-hoc duties which may be assigned from time to time 需要承担随时可指派的出差任务 Commissioning of new deliveries based on workload, or to ｕpdatｅ technical knowledge 根据工作负荷程度调整调试节奏，或者更新技术知识 Requirements & Qualification Self-starter / self-driven person with a positive attitude 积极主动的自我激励者 Be service minded with a strong focus on customer relations 服务意识强，注重客户关系 Excellent communication skills in English 良好的英语沟通能力 Be a team worker 良好的团队协作精神 |
