PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Proper check the incoming material as per control plan
Main Duties of the Jobholder
1.Following with inspection instruction and standards to inspect the quality of suppliers, assure the quality to meet standards and requirements
2.By using material lab equipments and testing methods, inspect the material’s quality of metallographic, chemical composition, mechanical properties, hardness etc (mainly material test is for gear and spherical cast iron)
3.Complete quality reports and documents during inspection process, report and solve quality problems in time
4.Inspect and do quality assurance reports of initial samples and random samples
5.Besides the above-listed, shall be responsible for other duties assigned by department manager or the company.
