Purpose: The Purpose of the position is to support the Supply Chain Team in Sperre in initiating and establishing relationship with new suppliers and follow up existing suppliers and supplies. The Position is formally established with ＂Sperre China Rep. Office” but reports functionally to SVP Supply Chain and Sourcing in Sperre Industrier as. Responsibilities/tasks for the position: Having a broad overview of sourcing opportunities for parts and components for Sperre products Search for suppliers on specific sourcing projects Together with Sperre Supply Chain Team negotiating agreements Follow up Suppliers on Quality, Cost, Delivery Precision and Responsiveness Coordinating and reporting to Sperre Industrier Initiating and establishing lean processes between Sperre Industrier and Chinese Suppliers Attend Test and Final inspection locally in China Qualification and Personality: Relevant education Some years of experience with sourcing in China, preferably with demanding foreign customers Fluent English speaking and writing Ability to work by his own, but good in cooperation and communication Result and action orientated, with high working capacity and ability to accomplish task. |
