Role Profile: ？ 1.Assist in moving into new sales areas such as industrial and land based power, achieve sales target of the year 将销售业务拓展到新的领域，比如工业和电力系统，以协助部门完成公司年度的销售目标 ？ 2.Collect and feedback competition situation, marketing performance, including price and cycle of products； Will be responsible for accurate reporting and forecasting 收集和反馈竞争情况，市场表现，包括产品的价格和基本周期，行业或者特定客户的变化趋势；提供准确的报告和预测数据 ？ 3.Will have responsibility for the profitable sales order intake budget for the allocated territory 负责区域内销售利润和订单的目标达成 ？ 4.Will have the ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally 保持与内外部的沟通协调 ？ 5.Will have the capability to produce clear and concise quotations to customers 能够向客户提供清晰和准确的报价 ？ 6.Will ensure that any quotations prepared are both commercially and technically accurate 确保报价在商业和技术方面都非常准确 ？ 7.Will be required to focus on a market, product or territory 愿意在指定的某个市场、产品或区域内工作 ？ 8.Shall have the ability to work well within a team 能够与团队合作 ？ 9.Will have responsibility to produce accurate pricing based upon information given by the operation department 能够根据生产部门提供的信息准确的定价 ？ 10.Shall be required on occasion to spend time away from station 需要出差 ？ 11.Will be required to build and maintain good relationships will all customers 与客户保持良好的关系 Requirements – Not limited to ？ 1.Bachelor degree and above, industrial/engineering or related educational background is preferred 本科及以上学历，工业/工程或相关教育背景优先。 ？ 2.Minimum 5 years sales experience 至少5年以上销售工作经验 ？ 3.Good command of oral & written communication skills in English and Chinese 可以用英语进行流利的口头和书面沟通 ？ 4.Has excellent PC skills and can operate with all commonly used programs and systems 熟练使用电脑和办公软件 ？ 5.Has commercial experience 有商业方面的工作经验 ？ 6.Has experience of negotiating in a commercial and technical environment 具有商务和技术谈判技巧 ？ 7.Has an awareness and understanding of budgets and financial issues. 具有预算和财务意识 ？ 8.Has an outgoing and proactive nature； Be able to work under pressure 性格开朗，积极进取；能够承受工作压力 ？ 9.Will be required to work additional hours at evenings and weekends 能够在晚上和周末加班 ？ 10.Will approach business in a structured and well organized manner 有组织、有计划的处理工作 ？ 11.Will be a good communicator 具有良好的沟通技巧 ？ 12.Is of clean and tidy appearance 仪表干净整洁 |
