Job Summary and Mission This job contributes to Starbucks success by supporting strategic analysis and planning for store development, reviewing company store portfolios and helping to shape strategic decisions on store portfolios for the Starbucks China leadership team. Summary of Key Responsibilities Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: - Collect and analyze internal and external data - Conduct store portfolio analysis and reporting - Support strategic planning and annual operational planning for store development department - Prepare regular tracking report - Support ad-hoc store development analysis and reports - Assist in conducting customer research - Support cross-function team communications Summary of Experience - Preferably 1-2 years’ working experience in strategy or planning department in a leading multinational company or consulting firms - Exceptional fresh graduates are acceptable 0-2 years |
