-To be result driven with a Can-do attitude who will develop Account Sales in their respective country -Manage the delivery of Fleet Service Agreement and ensure that we service the customer as per our contractual commitments -Drive performance and ensure implementation and further development of company strategies and policies -To report on a regular basis the status of his/her accounts -Assist in the development of clear customer pricing policies, guidelines and structures, and ensure appropriate pricing setting -Responsible for ensuring that customers receive a continual professional service -Understand the Customer total business -To analyze relevant customer statistics to ensure that the customer is receiving the correct level of service -To analyze relevant customer statistics to ensure that any variance from budget is noted immediately and corrective actions implemented -To ensure that technical support is given where and when necessary -Execute sales and marketing activities to meet targets and in accordance with company strategies and policies -Promote business growth from both sales of spares and services of LSA -Improve customer base and relationship -Expand customer base and job volume in all segments -Conduct sales related events including exhibitions , road shows and seminars -Identify and develop new opportunities during events -Assist to gather payment from customer -Other ad-hoc projects as required |
