具体要求：

MAIN WORK RESPONSIBILITIES：
1. Be responsible for establishing and improving the department work procedure.
2. Be responsible for the guidance of compiling technical document.
3. Be responsible for keeping archive of technical documents and drawings.
4. Be responsible for the guidance, coordination and dealing with the technical problems in the production to
ensure its normal operation.
5. Be responsible for joining in the technical negotiation and external technological exchanges.
6. Be responsible for supervising, verifying and improving the design solution to ensure its reasonableness
and maneuverability.
7. Be responsible for employee training and the build-up of talent echelon within the department, and
arrange the technical training to other related personnel.
8. Be responsible for the department management
a. Set department work target and plans；
b. Team management； Provide training, coach to employee； Supervise and evaluate work
performance regularly；
c. Control the departmental budgets and expenses.

AUTHORITY AND DUTY SCOPE:
Authority:
1. Make and ｕpdatｅ department procedures；
2. Approve all the technical documentation and management documentation of department；
3. Travelling and expense application approval.
Duty:
1. Ensure staff obey company policy；
2. Ensure staff follow the working procedures；
3. Accomplish the department yearly targets；
4. Technical support and trouble shooting with other departments；
5. Make and eｘecute developing and training plan of staff.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS：
Education and Experience：
1. Bachelor degree or above；
2. Major in electric or related；
3. At least eight years experience of electrical engineering design and five years electrical design
experience in marine industry, and at least one year experience of technology supervisor.
Competencies – Knowledge, skill and attributes：
1. Be equipped with marine electrical system knowledge and basic mechanical knowledge；
2. Skilled in office software and professional software；
3. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing；
4. Have good plan and organization ability；
5. Have strong problem solving skill；
6. Have good communication, interpersonal skills and team work spirit.

主要工作职责：
1。负责建立和完善部门工作流程。
2。负责编制技术文件的指导。
3。负责技术文件和图纸的存档。
4。负责指导、协调和处理生产中的技术问题
确保其正常运行。
5。负责技术谈判和对外技术交流。
6。负责监督、验证和改进设计方案，确保其合理性
和可操作性。
7。负责部门内员工培训和人才梯队建设
安排其他相关人员的技术培训。
8。负责部门管理
a.设置部门工作目标和计划；
b.团队管理；提供培训、培训、培训、监督和评估工作业绩；
c.控制部门预算和开支
