Responsibilities:
? Assists to scans internet, magazines and newspapers industry news and select the relevant news for Dockwise
? Assists in reformatting and storing the selected news in marketing information system
? Supports the collection and analysis of relevant market data from external and internal sources
? Supports the coordination of the marketing information teams in head office as well as regional offices
? Provide administrative support to Marketing team on general documentation, data input, meeting room booking, printing, photocopying, scanning and other coordination work.
? Performs other special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
? Third-year university student (going to graduate in 2014) or postgraduate student, major in English, marketing or business administration, and available for at least 3-4 days per week.
? Proficient English speaking and writing skills
? Passion for Marketing and good analytic capacity
? Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
? Self-motivated, hard-working and reliable, a team player and willing to support the team in reaching the goals
? Quick learner and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
